The company which became known as Victorinox began supplying the Swiss Army with pocket tool kits in 1891. These kits became popular around the world with both military personnel and civilians. Several manufacturers have sold imitations of the original Swiss Army knives, such as this copy made in China. The set consists of one knife blade, two saws, two screwdrivers, a pair of scissors, a corkscrew, a file, a tin opener and two other devices, as well as a pair of metal tweezers and a plastic toothpick which can be removed from the main body of the knife.
